Life in ECOVIS
Ecovis is currently made up of 4 branches in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Penang. We have around 200 professional staffs with wide range of qualifications and academic backgrounds. Such medium-szed structure allows our staffs to work under an environment that encourages creativity, synergistic teamwork and professional growth. Small sub-team structures promote bottom-up working cultures as well as close-knite working relationships among colleagues
Meanwhile, we have direct access to our Headquarter in Germany, ECOVIS International. This allows us to have quick access to global resources and network. Hence, ECOVIS has this unique combination of a firm structure that is local enough for staffs to learn effectively, and a network that is global enough to facilitate staffs’ professional growth.
Training and Development
We are committed in honing and nurturing our employees into the next bright star of the industry. We do this by consistently sending staffs to professional courses and inviting prestigious trainers and coaches to provide training.
We are aspired to shape our employees into all-rounded individuals through a wholistic training scheme that includes not only technical trainings (assurance, tax, etc.) but also management skills training (leadership, crisis management, effective communications, etc.).
We are aware that career prospect is one of the key consideration of talents today. Hence we put employees’ promotions as our key priority by adopting an effective framework in measuring individuals’ performances with precise Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
